| Mode Of Action | Calcium channel blocker and a 3-hydroxy-3 methylglutaryl co-enzyme A (HMG-COA) reductase - the enzyme inhibitor which catalyses the early rate limiting step in cholesterol biosynthesis-conversion of HMG-Co A to mevalonate. |
